SQL database tables - HTML Symbol Code

I realized today that symbols, such as apostrophes, do not always translate properly when input into a sql table. Testing came up with problems on my Windows platform; Apple read the symbol and symbol code properly (yet another reason why I love my apple Mac oh so much).

In any event, it's an easy fix to put in the html code for symbols. Examples can be found above.
