Fall cleaning?

To celebrate the first day of Fall and bid Summer 09 farewell... there's nothing better than a routine round of checks and balances on my portfolio of web projects. There always seems to be something to fix, adjust or just plain fiddle with. My conclusion after today's workday? I should do this more than once a season... lol

UPDATE (9/22/09)... I thought the equinox was always on the 21st? It's NOT and I reported the above incorrectly. For future reference, here's the date/time of solstices and equinoxes.

The Redskins pull-off a win against the Rams today...Life is so good. GO REDSKINS!

Friday projects....

TGIF... I know it's lame, but it is true. The only thing better than Friday is Saturday (a blog friend of mine will hopefully agree.). Two major things occurred today. I addressed a Windows vs. Apple issue for the 5995 header template. Certain versions of Windows didn't like my transparent background on the logo image... not a big deal, I've adjusted and reloaded to the test site. I'd love to have this finalized today with the webhost. Keep your fingers crossed.

Go Skins... we need a WIN against the Rams.

Google Gadget - Share it

Guess what? Found a google gadget called, "Share it" that can be installed on your website/blog to 'share information on your Facebook or Twitter'. Here's the link if you want to try it out.

Note:  This is not as cool as the Wordpress Sociable plugin by any means - - Sociable has a ton of options to choose from as shown below.
