A recent project involves establishing domain email addresses. There's a 'free' google app that does this. It can be a bit tricky so if you're interested in getting some assistance, let me know.

Flash Templates

Periodically, I peruse the various template sites to see what's new in the flash world. I must say, there's something about this template that I like. I can visualize it customized for any type of business. I am thinking about buying this so I can play around/practice the new Flash techniques I an learning in my night classes.

It's easy to add videos to your wordpress blog with the use of a plugin called, "ZD YouTube FLV Player"... cool! My client, Eddie, has a new video of his interview with Comcast SportNet's Jill Sorenson. On this entry and other google blogs, it's actually easIER because you just need to insert the embed code while in HTML mode. Visit Eddie's blog.

Adobe Video Site Option

Here is an additional option for my client. This video template provides a simple way to combine multiple videos into a video showcase. The showcase is easy to edit and comes complete with visual subnavigation and captions for chapters within the videos. The template could be used for anything, but it has a great set of features geared toward displaying your personal video collection.

A client of mine contacted me for assistance in a new project - - He wants to create a secure video portal where he can easily upload videos to a controlled audience of clients and industry peers.

I found a possible solution -- Google Video application.

SQL database tables - HTML Symbol Code

I realized today that symbols, such as apostrophes, do not always translate properly when input into a sql table. Testing came up with problems on my Windows platform; Apple read the symbol and symbol code properly (yet another reason why I love my apple Mac oh so much).

In any event, it's an easy fix to put in the html code for symbols. Examples can be found above.
